Warranty coverage will extend 12 months from date of purchase, without regard to hours of operation, but total warranty period is not to exceed 12 months from original purchase date listed on Diesel Max invoice.

This warranty is extended exclusively to direct customers of Diesel Max and is non-transferrable. All other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose are excluded.
