All parts must be returned in original packaging. Parts returned dirty or parts that were ordered in error by the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any parts returned that were used, damaged, or are not fit for sale will not be considered for refund.
With Diesel Max you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Products will not be considered for return after 30 calendar from invoice date.
Buyer assumes all shipping, handling and insurance charges including on all returns.
All item must be unused in same condition as sold.
Any damaged, installed, missing component merchandise will not be accepted.
Gasket sets that have been opened or re-taped will not be considered for refund or returns.
International Shipping:
We will provide Tracking number, we will assist our customer the best we can. But we are not responsable for any lost or damage made by the carriers companies, we use packing products to keep your order safe and to avoid any damage possible.
Parts lost after departed out of the United States, Diesel Max Parts are not responsable to return purchase made by customer, as company we provide all the carries availables for international shipping customer have his own choose of all them we can offer for shipping, times or delivery to destination dates.
For international purchase customer can use his own freight foward company located in any location of US where we can ship or delivery item or parts, Diesel Max Parts are not responsable to return purchase made by customer
Miscellaneous expenses that are not covered under Diesel Max Parts warranty policy include, but are not limited to: freight charges, towing charges, travel time and expenses, diagnostic and troubleshooting time, shop supplies, down time, and machinery rental.
